What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. UK law (PECR and UK GDPR) says we must tell you about them and ask for your consent to any that are not strictly necessary.
Cookies on this website
We use HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics service, to understand how visitors use this website and to record the enquiries and orders you send us through our forms. HubSpot sets analytics cookies, such as __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc, which count visits, recognise a returning browser and link a form you send to your earlier visits. These cookies are not strictly necessary, so we ask for your consent before using them where the law requires it, through the cookie banner on this website. HubSpot also sets a cookie, __hs_cookie_cat_pref, to remember your choice.
Your basket is kept in your browser’s local storage so it stays in place as you move between pages. This is strictly necessary for the basket to work and does not track you.
We do not use advertising cookies.
MYB Academy and other services
When you sign in to the MYB Academy, or book a call through our scheduling partner, those services may use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. Their own cookie notices explain the detail.
Changing your choice
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookies settings link in the cookie banner. You can also clear cookies for this website in your browser, after which the cookie banner will ask you again. If we add any other cookies that are not essential, we will update this policy first.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop you from signing in.
