About these terms

These terms apply to purchases of Master Your Business courses, licences, assessments and services from Master Your Business Ltd (“MYB”, “we”). Master Your Business Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17104432. Our registered office is 82 James Carter Rd, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds IP28 7DE.

Prices and VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown plus VAT at the applicable rate, which is added at checkout.

Access and licences

Sales Assessments can be used at any time during the plan year. Each Sales Mastery licence must be started within 12 months of purchase. Once started, the business sets the learner a completion deadline of 1, 2 or 3 months. When the learner completes the course they receive their certificate and their results go to their manager. They can still log in for a further 30 days to view their certificate and results, but the course content is no longer available. One licence is for one named learner. Unused licences may be reassigned; activated licences are not transferable except with our agreement.

Certificates

MYB certificates are certificates of course completion issued only when published pass criteria are met. They are not externally accredited.

No guaranteed results

We teach, practise and assess selling skills. We do not guarantee sales, revenue or hiring outcomes. Sales Assessments support, and must not replace, your own hiring decisions.

Cancellations and refunds

Business customers. You can cancel an order for a full refund within 14 days of placing it, provided no licences have been activated and no assessment or course content has been accessed. Once content has been accessed or licences have been activated, fees are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Consumers. If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to cancel a contract for digital content within 14 days. By starting access to a course or assessment within that period, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access starts, as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allow.

Corporate Training. If you cancel a booking more than 14 days before the session, you can choose a full refund or a free rebooking. If you cancel within 14 days of the session, the fee may be charged, unless we agree with you to reschedule.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Do not share logins, copy or redistribute course content, or misuse the platform.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
